James Carraway to Speak at National Business Institute Seminar
James D. Carraway, the Partner in Charge of Murchison & Cumming, LLP's Nevada office will speak at the National Business Institute's Advanced Expert Witness Deposition Tactics Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 1st. Mr. Carraway, along with co-presenter Jerry Wiese, will discuss tips for preparing expert witnesses for deposition, legitimate ways to refresh witness recollections, and techniques for establishing expert witnesses' credibility and credentials.
Mr. Carraway is Chair of the Transportation Law Practice Group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. He focuses his practice in the areas of trucking and transportation liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and construction defect. He is a member of the American Trucking Association, the California Conference of Arson Investigators, the American Bar Association (Litigation and International Law Sections), the State Bar of Nevada, and the Clarke County Bar Association (Las Vegas, Nevada).
